USA, UK, EU SHIPPING

All items are shipped out around 5 - 8 working days after receipt of payment.( Some dresses may take longer, about 8 days)
USA,UK, EU Shipments take approximately 7 - 12 working days to arrive.  So your item is always estimated to arrive within 12 - 20 working days after your order is placed. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All items are shipped out around 5 - 8 working days after receipt of payment.( Some dresses may take longer, about 8-10 days)

International Shipments take approximately 7 - 20 working days to arrive.  So your item is always estimated to arrive within 28 working days after your order is placed. 

International shipments originate through DHL, USPS (the United States Postal Service.)  Once they leave the United States, they are handled by the postal system of the country listed for delivery.

If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors.

RETURN POLICY 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
