Dragon Ball: Top 4 Most Evil Villains

Self-improvement is important, but these power-ups are often done to prepare for the next evil threat that endangers the planet. Dragon Balls is a series completely filled with villains, but there are some that are more evil than the rest.

4.Dr.Gero

The Red Ribbon army played a huge role in the original Dragon Ball series and introduced some great characters like Mercenary Tao and Commander Red. However, it's perhaps the maniacal Dr. Gero that leads the way when it comes to the organization's most memorable and sinister members.

Not only is Gero responsible for creating the evil androids that destroyed the earth in Future Trunks' timeline, but it's also his work that leads to the creation of Cell. He may not have killed too many people directly, but his creations have taken the lives of billions; indirectly giving him one of the largest body counts in the entire series.

3.Cell

The way that the Android Saga transitioned into the Cell Saga was a classic example of subverting expectations. So much time had been spent bigging up the threat of the androids and yet it was ultimately an unknown and unexpected foe that so very nearly brought the planet to its knees. His return in Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero came as a bit of a surprise, but was welcomed by most of the fan base nonetheless.

As well as the many epic battle scenes, Cell's ability to absorb people was downright terrifying and his transformations were more than a little reminiscent of Frieza's. Unlike other villains, however, Cell is incredibly smart and uses this to trick Vegeta into allowing him to absorb 18. His intelligence is also evident through his witty retorts and these provided an extra layer of depth to the ferocious fighter.

2.Kid Buu

Unlike Majin Buu or Super Buu, who either had positive aspects or seemed to be more sadistic than evil, Kid Buu is pure unadulterated malice. His maniacal laugh and insatiable thirst for destruction make him more than worthy of being on this list.

Upon considering his archaic strength and mysterious origins, Kid Buu is certainly pure evil with no logic. His abilities combined with this thirst for death and destruction make him a truly evil and formidable adversary.

1.Zamasu

Zamasu is the most evil antagonist in all of Dragon Ball Super. He showed fans his truly evil tendencies in two separate timelines. In one timeline, he plots to kill his master Gowasu and become the only God in an otherwise Godless universe.

In another, Zamasu takes over Goku’s body and kills his family in the process before annihilating the other Z Fighters. No matter which version of Zamasu you take, he’s truly evil incarnate.

Thankfully, the trio of Goku, Vegeta, Future Trunks and a little bit of support from Future Zeno, Zamasu's reign of terror has come to an end once and for all. It is the metamorphosis and plan of Zamasu's mass destruction that make the image of the great villain always appear in the minds of fans when referring to this villain.
